I was wondering if the newer 6.12.xx versions still get tested at all, because at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/alpha/test_summary.php the count stops at v6.12.35 and then only the brand-new 6.13.xx versions get tested, and that only by few people it seems....

Mabye somebody could give a short overview about this issue?

Also the Download page lists the latest 6.13.12 development Boinc, but doesn't show the lastest 6.12.43 development Boinc,

If Boinc 6.12.43 isn't listed on the Download page, very few will use it,

The only mention of Boinc clients in the Upgrade BOINC client to version >= 6.12.34 thread is for Boinc 6.12.34.

Most of the fixes in that version (and the ones before) are for Test4Theory. But since Test4Theory hasn't upgraded their vboxwrapper app yet to work with the bug-fixes in this version, there's no real use for testing it at this time.
