If the cpu with embedded gpu has proper drivers and BOINC recognizes the gpu then any OpenCL application should work within the constraints of the shared memory.

As long as you see the gpu recognized in the BOINC Event Log startup with either OpenCL or CUDA drivers, then you are good for gpu crunching.
