To avoid problems with a slow connection causing a marginally over sized zip4 to crash I have been increasing the maximum size of uploads from 
<max_nbytes>150000000.000000</max_nbytes>
to
<max_nbytes>250000000.000000</max_nbytes>


I am interested in the purpose of the limit and whether not having one would cause a problem.
