Have had this issue several times with Bodhi Linux 3.2.1.
Boinc client doesn't seem to ever start, even if I choose Run Always in Boinc Manager.
Have tried sudo /etc/init.d/boinc-client stop and then sudo /etc/init.d/boinc-client restart and still not seeming to run even if idle and CPU at 15%
Win11 x64AMD 2.7GHz-32GB
Garuda x64i5-4.6GHz-32GB-GT1030
Mint 22.2Xeon2.6GHz-32GB-GT730
