Hello, have a sistem with 2 GPUs. FX 3700 -- GPU1 GTX 760 192bit -- GPU0 After running Moo Wrapper on 2 GPUs then 2 task for GPU0&1 of Collaz when GTX is finising the task it does not take another task. Have to suspend GPU from meniu and run again after 2 sec to take again Moo Wrapper automatycli. http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0422/h_1461355851_9189251_f6c71dff0e.png What is the problem ? |

I know nothing of Moo Wrapper. Are you saying one Moo task uses two GPUs? The screenshot would be more useful if it listed all tasks, not just ones running or waiting to run. |

Yes, one Moo!Wrapper task is using both GPUs. A help desk expert wrote that is needed a script for GTX in order to use the 1,5GB memory that board has it. Can, with your help to 'split' GTX in 3 ? To compute 3 tasks ? 1,5 GB Memory is at max. 30% load. FX 3700 has even 52% load on its 512MB, so 1 task it ok. Common, help me with this ... I'll provide anything you need. Let's exploit artificial inteligente for human purposes. Really want to do this until I can ... maybe tommorow will find a woman an BOINC it's off. Don't waste time. |

I've made this app_config.xml and place it in: /var/lib/boinc-client/projects/boinc.thesonntags.com_collatz/ <app_config> [<app> <name>collatz_sieve_1.21_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu__opencl_nvidia_gpu</name> <max_concurrent>3</max_concurrent> [<fraction_done_exact/>] <gpu_versions> <gpu_usage>.5</gpu_usage> <cpu_usage>.4</cpu_usage> </gpu_versions> </app>] [<project_max_concurrent>4</project_max_concurrent>] </app_config> It does not work. Why ? |

Because you've left in the [ ... ] which indicate to you, the writer, that sections are optional. Either leave out the sections (if you don't want them), or leave out the brackets (if you do want the contents to be active). |

<name>collatz_sieve_1.21_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu__opencl_nvidia_gpu</name> This doesn't work. You put the application's short name there, not file name. You'll also need to exclude the FX 3700 from Collatz, otherwise BOINC will try to run two tasks on it too. You set GPU exclusions in cc_config.xml with <exclude_gpu> settings. See docs. |

Done it: http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0425/h_1461579507_7470531_e3c8b17c73.png It works with collaz and compute also for Moo & PrimeGrid. I receive computation error for Milkyway & Asteroids. Suspended those 2 proj. Computer is very slow, now. On PCIe 3.0 have GTX with output on monitor. On second PCIe 2.0 have FX -- output does not work. Should I enter UEFI and set output to FX ? It can be done ? It is Asrock Fatal1ty Killer FM2+ motherboard. Ha, the problems never ends... |
