Organization

This page needs some organization, maybe into different pages, maybe just different sections. Explanation for users on how to install an application should be separate from explanation on how to create app_info.xml. Most people use applications other people compiled, and those apps are already packaged with an app_info.xml, so the extra info on how to create the file is just confusing for them.
