I hopefully have an easy issue.

I have been trying to download SETI packets. I have been able to run about 4 tasks total. Buy can't seem to get more. my Einstein tasks will download easy and 10 at a time.

Is it my account or a setting issue?

If you read the SETI forums you would find that work is very limited at the moment. It's a matter of luck if work is queued up when BOINC makes a request.
