When using Active Directory Deployment of Boinc, is there a way for me to select the project(s) that the Boinc installation will run? As far as I can tell, I still have to go to each machine and manually set a project. That defeats much of the purpose of AD deployment. Thanks, Ed |

Thanks. I've never done a transform before. Any chance someone could post an example of how to use MS Orca to add an account_*.xml file to the deployment? Thanks, Ed |

Ed, The Lazy Slug of WCG fame has written a pretty good guide on deploying BOINC via AD. The Lazy Slug's Guide To Deploying BOINC He also has posted a VB Script to automate the process of creating an MST file. :) ----- Rom BOINC Development Team, U.C. Berkeley My Blog |

Perfect! Thank you. I highly suggest that this link be added to the official Boinc Windows Installer pages. I wish I had it months ago. http://boinc.berkeley.edu/win_install.php http://boinc.berkeley.edu/win_deploy.php |
