Thread 'Connection problem.'

It started when we got the new seti. I get all other files even W/U but the install doesn't get true. It's timing out at 16% I tried evrything i can thing off whit no results. I did a reset. quit the project and it does the same thing. I tried with rosetta and it's the same. Anyone out there have an idea on what to do? I habe a DSL with a router and the D/L speed for all files are over 100Kb'S so it's not a speed isue. My other D/L are the same speed and are cmming in with no problem. BTW i have reseted the modem and router and rebooted my network-:).
