Time to open another bottle of mead. Two more hives have yielded over 10Kg of honey each so plenty more for next year. |

SSP has not updated for about 3 hours, so this looks like a longer than recent normal outages. |

3:20 PM here so time to switch for something stronger to continue the sacrifices. Few "mojitos" could help. It's very hot now! |

This outage has morphed into an outrage and there is little we can do about it except |

SETI is still down. Looks like it's going to be a long outrage. |

WCG is pretty much dead in the water too. Uploading, reporting, and downloading is stuck. The WCG webpages aren't loading either, or at least takes forever to load, or in worst case is timing out. Something is truly ****** up. Edit: And now WCG is back. |

Time to call in the grand mal outrage troops it's 5:12 pm Berkeley time and SETI is still down. Methinks this is into the super grand mal outrage territory, but with nothing to crunch it really doesn't matter. |

3:20 PM here so time to switch for something stronger to continue the sacrifices. Few "mojitos" could help. It's very hot now! Hola Juan, . . Have a mojito for me too while you're are at it. I have not noticed the outages for weeks now, but with nothing to crunch I have long since suspended the project here so no work requests to get denied ... . . I wonder how close they now are to wrapping up the schedulers etc in cotton wool ... Stephen ? ? |

I need to post a PM and also need access to historical host data for someone. Grrr, can't do that right now. |

The latest timeouts are not due until the end of July, I think 26 July is the latest date that I have seen. Mr 1337 may be unhappy to lose some of his RAC for sending in results a few hours before deadline. I think he had a few hundred results due to expire today or yesterday. They're probably already Validated weeks ago, but he was still returning Tasks a few hours before deadline a few hours before the outage. |

I can't understand all the drama over RAC. The project has stopped so, for example, a cruncher with a RAC of 5M will show up as 0 after 30 weeks. With the issues that have cropped up on Nebula, it will be a few years before that will start to see results. Therefore the project or V2 at least is way over the horizon. The longer V1 is dragged out, the longer V2 will appear, if at all. |

I shall predict the message boards go away soon after Nebula papers are published. |

I need to post a PM and also need access to historical host data for someone. Grrr, can't do that right now. Take a Gin & Tonic and relax, tomorrow you do that. LOL BTW I creade the file on E@H following your instructions but i was unable to test it performance yet. My main Intel host is still down. @Stephen I take few mojitos in your name. LOL Time to sleep, hope to see you all arround tomorrow. |

I shall predict the message boards go away soon after Nebula papers are published.I predict even sooner than that. It will be down to Covid-19. With many institutions & companies suffering such huge losses, they will be forced to look to costs with any un-necessary costs either being reduced or cut out altogether. With the project no longer producing work, why pay the colo for a server running the website that is effectively not serving any real purpose. I did ask a question on the News thread regarding donations but so far, it remains unanswered. :-( |
