Lunch was supposed to be an open face turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. And it was... First, I had to wait a few minutes for the cook to bring out the pan of gravy. Then the server put a slice of bread on a plate, then topped it with turkey from the same pile she uses to make cold sandwiches. She put gravy on that, then a blob of potatoes on the side.
