Anything I try to access at berkeley.edu either takes minutes to load, or times out altogether. All my other reference sites are working fine, as are U/L and D/L. Anybody else? Heard anything? |

The server at setiathome.berkeley.edu is taking too long to respond. http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/setiathome.berkeley.edu says: It's not just you! http://setiathome.berkeley.edu looks down from here. Earlier today the whole BOINC domain was down. I wonder if there's work done in the co-location. |

My first post in The Lounge!!! :-) I've been here getting help with Ubuntu Linux 12.0.4 32-Bit, and updating BOINC to the latest version. Juha, and Bobcat13 have been of GREAT assistance. I finally got Update Manager to allow BOINC to update; so that I don't have to use command line code to install the latest version(s) anymore. Unfortunately, there seems to be a bug in 7.2.33 that wasn't there in 7.0.65. When XScreenSaver kicks in, it forces BOINC into "CPU is busy"-mode, and I can't get BOINC out of that state without restarting the computer. Have TARDIS, will travel... Come along K-9!
