. . Methinks the test was essentially and fatally flawed. The "food" in the puzzle portion should have made squeaking noises, smelt like mice and moved furtively around in the puzzle. The numbers would have been reversed. If anyone doubts that try telling it to the mice my red headed mate has disposed of ... <shrug>

Some cats are mousers, and some run and hide from mice. All depends if mommy taught them to hunt.

. . That's an interesting observation. In this case I am the mommy, I raised them both from 1 week old, and I definitely did not teach them to hunt. Though they did have the empty cardboard toilet roll centres to play with and one furry toy all of which they gave hello to. I guess mine are self taught. But I will concede that the redhead is far more enthusiastic and profficient than his tabby brother.

Mine is a mouser.
After she catches one, she brings it into the house to show me, and to play with it.
Then gets careless and it gets away, and I have to find it. :(

. . I had one like that too many years ago. She would alert us to her return with muffled mews to present with a mouthful of what seemed to be a dead rat hanging out both sides (a big monster it would be, no small game for her) only to drop it on the floor and while she was waiting for her applause it would get up and head for the hills. But while we would all scramble after it, it was mostly her that caught it again. I think she enjoyed watching us stumble about the place .... ;-)

I've seen the amount of real milk material that's removed, and the amount of additives put in to make up the powder they use to make the "milk" for their shakes.

Well, you have to point at the 'next' guy, because he's the one calling the shots now, isn't he??
You might think that somebody in charge would maybe try to hand the country back to the Taliban in a more controlled fashion.
I personally think this is gonna ride on Biden's shoulders for a long long time, especially after the Taliban plans and carries out their next terrorist attack.
