If my computer were to pick up a signal of interest how would I even kniw? How does that work? I'm sure it would automaticly let BERKLEY/SETI know but how would I know? Thanks, ID: 46408 ·

So you're not a little off topic, but quite a lot. BOINC is just a managing program that allows you to run a lot of project's science applications simultaneously, not just Seti.
