Hi all, I was wondering if there has ever been work done on developing client for the BOINC framework out of Javascript+HTML5 Web Storage. I'm thinking of taking a crack at this myself and would love to coordinate with the community if there has been any prior work done on this. I'd also be very interested in any studies done on the effective performance of a HTML5 based client versus the desktop client.

Thank you,
Brian

At http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/DevProjects you can see what's being developed and what the developers look for when it comes to helping them out.
