Gestures work well before BOINC executes a task and displays screen saver. However, once BOINC has been running and upon returning to my desktop, all my multitouch gestures are disabled. BOINC is set up to do work after idle for 10 minutes and the BOINC screen saver is set up to start displaying graphics at the same time as well. This is a really annoying bug since I use Trackpad gestures all the time. Anyone knows of a way to fix this??? Thanks. I cannot reproduce this on a new MacBook Pro running 10.8.1 (I don't have access to a macBook Air.) Can you tell me which gestures are not working and in which application? For example, does vertical scrolling in Finder windows no longer work after running BOINC? Does the BOINC Event Log report anything about GPUs? Are there any error messages in the Event Log? What projects are you running? Charlie Fenton BOINC / SETI@home Macintosh & Windows Programmer |
