Does this version now support the LHC@home T4T project without having the Oracle VM installed? http://sciencesprings.wordpress.com http://facebook.com/sciencesprings |

BOINC 7.0 does not have the Virtual Box application integrated. That's something for a future version of BOINC. So for the moment you still need to install the separate virtual box application. |

A couple of issues:
* A couple of x86-64 Linux hosts are stuck in suspended mode because the 7.0.25 client considers that the computer is in use, though there's no one logged on.

A couple of issues: and the Mac OS X (Unix command-line version) points to 7.0.23 too, Claggy |

* The link to the x86-64 installation script points to 7.0.23. Fixed, as is the Mac OS X link. Thanks. * A couple of x86-64 Linux hosts are stuck in suspended mode because the 7.0.25 client considers that the computer is in use, though there's no one logged on. Can you reach them? What's their setting of the famous <suspend_cpu_usage>X</suspend_cpu_usage> value (While processor usage is less than X percent)? |

Can you reach them? Yes, one is set to 0, the other, to 75%, yet and other than for BOINC, they're idling. |

Ok, would you mind posting a new thread on that in the forums? It's easier to point that out to the developers, than posts in this thread. |

You got all of them to choose from. ;-) But make it Q&P, that's as good a place as any. |

Hi I have been using BOINC for a while and thought I would post for the first time. I noticed on this version when I run the CPU test it doesn't show in notices like it use too. Is this a me problem or did you just give up on the bragging rights part of the system? I am a dumb one so be gentle. LOL. Ahhh for that matter it seems that all the notice info is gone.:( Dave |
