To do more easy to attach to projects, when "attach to project" option is selected, client may retrieve from boinc web server current list of projects, their url and short comment about it.
Project in this list may have also a check box to allow select more than one project.
This info also may be shown at project tab and updated periodically if required (url change, server down,...).

The 5.4.x clients will provide support for account manager web sites. These sites will provide the functionality you are looking for.
