Find the file called gui_rpc_auth.cfg, open it up with a word processor and delete password, then put a blank space followed by a carriage return, save file. Then restart BOINC. If you only have one computer, then the trick is to leave both fields blank. At least, the first time that you try it. Now that you have, and failed, you'll have to follow Jim's advice. ID: 3539 ·
