Thread 'BOINC Manager won't load'

The BOINC Manager is running its activities, but when I try to open up the manager, it won't open up. I had closed the window without exiting it in order for the activities to continue running, but I need to reopen the window and it isn't opening up. Can anyone help me?

I ended up logging off and relogging into my Window's user account. This fixed the problem. (To the admin's: At this point, I don't care if you keep this thread up or not; I seem to have fixed my own problem.)
