There are open CL apps in development but I can't say where. http://boincfaq.mundayweb.com/index.php?language=1&view=506&sessionID=73c88ac9219e5631e7a96ed081e170bd Kathryn :o) |

G'day Sharpey I've got 0 experience with mac but in linux boinc has to be started from within X to recognise the gpu, ie. not run as a deamon/service. Don't know if this helps you any. CIC1=CC=C(C2=N[C@@H](CC(OC(C)(C)C)=O)C3=NN=C(C)N3C4=C2C(C)=C(C)S4)C=C1 |

That may be true for some distros but not all. On Fedora I run BOINC as a daemon on the boinc account and it sees and uses my NVIDIA gpu just fine. Tips on how to do that start with this post. Ubuntu users running BOINC as a daemon can refer to this thread. Yeah but AMD is a bit different. CIC1=CC=C(C2=N[C@@H](CC(OC(C)(C)C)=O)C3=NN=C(C)N3C4=C2C(C)=C(C)S4)C=C1 |
