THe boinc screen saver says that boinc is not working, but every time I look at BoincMgr it is working. World Community Grid and DistrRTgen are running this time. Will note other projects when it happens again. Boinc is running on a laptop running VIsta with all the fixes. I have 6.12.33 running on other machines VISTA and XPs and have not notice this problem. Will watch closer.

You could try Boinc 6.12.34, It has screensaver fixes in it
