What's going on overr there, I'm down to 1 hour left of a AP and just one core running, and I've tried whatever to get more data, without any sucess. Who runs the show, can I get a load of data to make this box work properly..??>??

You have reached the BOINC forums. We're not the Seti forums, which you want to ask that question at. It isn't BOINC that's at fault that a project cannot give out any work, you will have to ask at the project's forums or check its news for information on that.

Well whether you are the Boinc mob or not, I'm running Boinc, the program calls itself BOINC,and pops up a Boinc pic on the screen. I'm not really particular right now whether I run it or both or nothing.
Who sends the data isn't a bother as long as it gets here, and I never said anyone is at fault, so if I can't get satisfaction from you, what's the chances of getting it from Seti? Or who do I get it off?
I have been trying for over 24 hours to get data,and I have been requesting it from the source, whoever it is.
Jord...If you aren't involved in the data business, what the hell do you do? Anything or nothing.?
Actually it's 12 midnight here, Perth Western Australia, and I have a belly full of steel studs from a operation a week ago, I hurt, I'm uncomfortable and fed up, and I'm trying to get data to continue running the program, or information why I can't get it, and I get you. The "Bonic FAQ Service" which to me means "NO ANSWERED QUESTIONS".

BOINC is the managing program. I does not dictate to the projects what they should do. When a project has trouble sending out its data to the users, that isn't BOINC its fault but the project's.

Therefore, if you have trouble downloading, uploading or reporting work, you will have to complain about it at the forums of that project, not at the BOINC forums. You have trouble downloading work from Seti, so you have to go over to the Seti pages, read their front page for information, read their forums for information and then come to the conclusion that Seti has had problems with a data storage device for the past week or so, which is causing all kinds of extra trouble.

All nothing to do with BOINC. BOINC works as it should.
