When I install the latest BOINC version for my Mac and run the program, I get an error box... stating that I am not currently authorized to run the client and gives me 2 options. This is odd, because a) The account that I have on the machine is an admin account... and b) One of the options given is to select "Yes" to the question regarding non-admin users; which would be fine... if that question ever came up. Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated... Jeff |

Hi Jeff, First off, try to run the uninstaller, then the BOINC installer. The message where you should click Yes is in the Tools for the mac --> Select which user may run BOINC Manager. You may want to run that AddRemoveUser tool anyway, to check that your administrator account is included. |
