ok i'm just a simple activist but i'm wonder about "how can a scientist use this program". what if i have a project about quantum and i need a super computer, how can i use it? do i need install to my computer another program? is there a link like this?

You might want to discuss that with the developers of this project:

http://qah.uni-muenster.de/

They appear to have done a quantum-related project already.
