hello,

i translated the BOINC Manager into Hebrew and during that time i noticed something strange.
in all Right-To-Left languages (Heb, Arabic etc.), the text in Statistics and Disk tabs is inverted and unreadable.
it seems like the pics of the info are being inverted from LTR to RTL like the rest of the GUI.

just look at the World Community Grid title or numbers and u'll get the idea.

is there anything that u can do about it?

btw, how can i upload the translation (the .PO file) to the BTS (BOINC Translation Services)?
When i try to upload, im getting a "502 Proxy Error" page.

well, the days passed away and there is no solution.
the only replay i got about it was this:

Under Linux, I couldn't get it to work in Hebrew (I must be missing
some libc locale), but I see strange stuff with Arabic too.

The statistics and disk tabs don't show anything at all (gray screen).
The status bar says "(6.10.57) tsohlacol <some arabic text>" (that's
"localhost" backwards!).

All columns with left-to-right text are trimmed at the end of the text
(right) but show the ellipsis at the beginning (left), so I end up
with things like "...Sending scheduler request: To fet" or "...World
Com". Even worse with numbers only; "00:15:55" is trimmed to
"...:00:15", "...00:15", "...00:1", "...:00", "...00" (look carefully
at the colon position). This might a wxWidgets or GTK issue though.

is there any way to forward this issue to some of the developers?

and again, how can i upload the "BOINC-Manager.po" file to the server without getting any 502 error?
the only possible way i can thing of is to copy all the content to the Pootle web-editor.. not a very pleasant task, and will take some time.
