I had a video problem unrelated to BOINC, and I just swapped out my old card for a pair of NVidia 3700LE cards. Installed them, configured them, but BOINC doesn't see them. I'm running Ubuntu Lucid 64-bit, BOINC 6.10.56 NVidia drivers 195.36.31. On startup, BOINC says: 15-Jun-2010 14:07:19 [---] Processor: 4 GenuineIntel Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5472 @ 3.00GHz [Family 6 Model 23 Stepping 10] 15-Jun-2010 14:07:19 [---] Processor: 6.00 MB cache 15-Jun-2010 14:07:19 [---] Processor features: fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36 clflush dts acpi mmx fxsr sse sse2 ss ht tm pbe syscall nx lm constant_tsc arch_perfmon pebs bts rep_good aperfmperf pni dtes64 monitor ds_cpl vmx est tm2 ssse3 cx16 xtpr pdc 15-Jun-2010 14:07:19 [---] OS: Linux: 2.6.32-22-generic 15-Jun-2010 14:07:19 [---] Memory: 7.82 GB physical, 1.86 GB virtual 15-Jun-2010 14:07:19 [---] Disk: 210.29 GB total, 97.76 GB free 15-Jun-2010 14:07:19 [---] Local time is UTC -5 hours 15-Jun-2010 14:07:19 [---] No usable GPUs found Does anyone have any ideas? I've got BOINC using the GPU on a Windows box, I may try putting one of the 3700's in there to see if it'll use it. |

NVidia 3700LE They're videocards, but not necessarily CUDA capable. See the official Nvidia list of CUDA capable GPUs. |

Yeah, the Quadro 3700 is listed, but not the GeForce 3700. :( |
