I couldn't find a way to show more/older messages in the Messages tab. Many 'exited with 0 status but no finished file', but have no idea when this started, nor why this happens. Messages (in the manager) are form no earlier than about 7AM this morning, when I was not even touching my system. How do I extend the messages in the messages tab to say 7 or 15 days? |

As I said in your other thread: Look for the files stdoutdae.txt and stderrdae.txt in the BOINC data directory. That directory is usually hidden by windows. There might be also some *.old files left over from the last overflow. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) ![]() |

Gundolf, But I mean: so there's no way to change that in the GUI? Danke. (but don't try my German, you will be disappointed ;-) |

The GUI will show a maximum of 1,000 lines. No, there is no way to change that number. |

I couldn't find a way to show more/older messages in the Messages tab. The BOINC client buffer is 2500 lines, so they should be visible. Or you can try using BoincTasks If you let BoincTasks run for 24/7, it should keep the messages far beyond the 2500. TThrottle The way to control your CPU and GPU temperature. BoincTasks The best view of BOINC. My other activities |
