I read other postings and the FAQ, nothing seems to apply (I think).

I run SETI, Einstein, Rosetta, Predictor, both SETI & Rosetta for sure provide a graphics screensaver (which I do see in the manager if I click the screen saver button).
In Windows my BOINC screensaver is configured properly AND I have (one of) the latest ATI video drivers.
When my screensaver comes up I ALWAYS (!) only see the BOINC-logo and info about the status (e.g. what application is running and how far it is). NEVER have I seen the real screensavers... why???

SETI@Home, Einstein@Home, and Rosetta@Home all should provide a screen saver.

PPAH does not.

I am not sure why you are not seeing them, not the least of which for the reaon that I don't use the thing myself. But, first question I have is what version of BOINC, and which type of install did you perform?

I upgraded from a working installation, screen saver did work, to the 5.2.13 and added the Einstein project and now I get the same response. Just the Boinc logo and statistics. I did uninstall the previous client and reboot prior to installing the new client. The screen saver actually worked for the first day or two but I have been unable to get anything but a blank screen or the logo ever since. I even tried detatching from the Einstien project to no avail.

I've discovered that by disabling ScreenSave setting "On resume, password protect" that the graphics are working again. Maybe a bug in Boinc?

I did find this as a known problem with 5.2.13 and some older clients but I cant find it again. I am just using the Windows `Flag` screensaver with password on exit until 5.4.x arrives then I will try it again.
