Is there some webpage that outlines what I need to know in order to simultaneously host multiple boinc projects on one server (hopefully with one database)?

I'm having some strange conflicts at the moment:

1. In my file deleter log, I am getting errors related to workunits from other projects hosted on the same server.

2. If I have overwritten a project, the entry in the app_versions table in the db is not first removed, so bin/xadd and bin/update_versions skips it as existing, and my executable is not moved to the download directory.

3. I get a "Scheduler request failed: HTTP file not found" when I do try to connect to the server. Can anyone recommend a method of debugging this?
