On all BOINC sites I checked (besides climateprediction.net itself) the link for climateprediction.net on home.php is

http://climateprediction.net/show_user.php?userid=xxxx

but it should be

http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/show_user.php?userid=xxxx

I'm not sure if this is a BOINC problem or a CPDN one.

Originally, before BOINC, the project was on a server at The Open University at Milton Keynes.
This is the origin of the first url that you mentioned.

When BOINC showed up and the project started using it, the BOINC part was installed on servers at The University of Oxford, in Oxford.
This used a different url for the "new" BOINC part, (the second one that you mentioned), but the front page remained at The OU until recently, when they finally closed their climate course. It's now been moved to a server at Oxford, but retains the original pre-BOINC url.

So, as in so many areas, cpdn is different with these url's to that of other projects.

I should have mentioned that the first URL gives a 404 error.

And I repeat that the second one is shown (only) at CPDN.

To be more accurate, the full url shown first, is what Netstats thinks it should be.
But only the http://climateprediction.net/ part is real; the rest has been appended by Netstats as a 'standard' usage.

This is currently being talked about at cpdn.
