I downloaded "boinc" from http://boinc.berkeley.edu/svn/trunk/boinc/ and compiled it according to the instruction in http://boincfaq.mundayweb.com/index.php?language=1&view=218&sessionID=11f552550de05513c33faa2ac9f82ac3 I tried to build boincsim executable file. when I'm running "boincsim.exe" this error appear: 01-Jan-1970 03:30:00 [---] [wfd] No project chosen for work fetch How could I solve the problem? Is there any changes that I must apply to code in order to solve the problem? I'm really waiting for any reply! Any help will be hopeful. Kian |

Why are you trying to run boincsim.exe? If you just want to run the client, use boinc.exe, with boincmgr.exe as the GUI. The boincsim executable is the round robin simulator that checks among the projects you're attached to which one is feasible to fetch work or not. It is usually run inside the client, after you attached to projects, using a cc_config.xml file with the <rr_simulation/> flag. |
