I run mostly Seti, some Einstein, and several miscellaneous projects. Yesterday it DL'ed a bunch of the small misc. WUs and went into EDF mode. This morning I see that it finished those and has been working on Seti for 10 hours because of the now high STD. Yet, the log repeatedly states the Einstein will miss its deadline, but the Manager never schedules it: 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] schedule_cpus(): start 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [Einstein@Home] [cpu_sched_debug] Result h1_0931.35_S5R4__1731_S5R5a_1 projected to miss deadline. 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] highest debt: 71658.959119 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] scheduling 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] Request enforce CPU schedule: schedule_cpus 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] enforce_schedule(): start 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] want to run: 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] processing 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [---] ncpus_used 0.000000 next_ncpus_used 1.000000 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] finished preempt loop, ncpus_used 1.000000 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [Enigma@Home] [cpu_sched_debug] awgly100_0_3793826_r0_0 sched state 1 next 1 task state 0 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [Cosmology@Home] [cpu_sched_debug] wu_021209_171949_0_2_0 sched state 1 next 1 task state 9 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [SHA-1 Collision Search Graz] [cpu_sched_debug] wu_sha1collisionsearchgraz_v552_1234433421_103_0 sched state 1 next 1 task state 9 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 sched state 2 next 2 task state 1 15-Feb-2009 09:15:28 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] enforce_schedule: end I stopped and restarted the manager and the Miss Deadline messages have stopped: 15-Feb-2009 09:23:16 [---] Starting BOINC client version 6.4.5 for windows_intelx86 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] Request CPU reschedule: Scheduling period elapsed. 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] schedule_cpus(): start 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] highest debt: 71558.219535 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] scheduling 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] Request enforce CPU schedule: schedule_cpus 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] enforce_schedule(): start 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] want to run: 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] processing 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [---] ncpus_used 0.000000 next_ncpus_used 1.000000 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] finished preempt loop, ncpus_used 1.000000 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [Enigma@Home] [cpu_sched_debug] awgly100_0_3793826_r0_0 sched state 1 next 1 task state 0 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [Cosmology@Home] [cpu_sched_debug] wu_021209_171949_0_2_0 sched state 1 next 1 task state 0 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [SHA-1 Collision Search Graz] [cpu_sched_debug] wu_sha1collisionsearchgraz_v552_1234433421_103_0 sched state 1 next 1 task state 0 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched_debug] 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 sched state 1 next 2 task state 0 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [SETI@home] [cpu_sched] Starting 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2(resume) 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [SETI@home] [task_debug] task_state=EXECUTING for 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 from start 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [SETI@home] Restarting task 06ja09aa.13847.23385.6.8.9_2 using setiathome_enhanced version 528 15-Feb-2009 09:23:47 [---] [cpu_sched_debug] enforce_schedule: end |
