Thread 'Only active when computer not in use: doesn't work (V 6.4.5, Linux 64 Bit)'

But it doesn't work: when I start BOINC manager, it doesn't start the projects and display: "Suspending network activity - user is active". After 1 minute, the projects start crunching ("resuming network activity") - and never stop again no matter if I move the mouse, type on the keyboard or do anything else with the computer. I run BOINC manager 6.4.5 on 64 Bit Linux. I wonder it it says "NETWORK activity" ... of course, the preferences setting is usage of the CPU - not the network. BOINC 7.2.42 (x86_64) on Linux Ubuntu 16.04 (64 Bit), AMD APU 7850K 3.7 GHz, 32 GB RAM. ID: 23107 ·
