My Boinc Manager 6.6.4 runs amok when communicating to the Milkyway project. The connect to the server succeeds. Instead of waiting for communication like announced on the project tab it reconnects every 5 seconds. Interestingly Boinc Manager 6.6.2 on OpenSuse Linux 11.1 is unfazed by the same Server message. |

Known already to the developers. If you are an alpha tester, post these things on the Alpha email list and move back one version. If you aren't an alpha tester, doing a look-see if anyone else has reported this already is wise, then move back one version (or back to whichever version was stable for you). By the way, it's not BOINC Manager's fault. BOINC manager is just the GUI. It's a problem in the new work-fetch module in the client. |
