Hi, Does this seem right to you? Seems like the CUDA client is giving hardly any credit at all. I am running the latest version of Boinc and connected to Seti@home thanks |

Could you give us a link to your computer or to a completed CUDA task? The "somewhatdamaged" on SETI had the last server contact in 2006. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) |

Hi, thanks for the reply This is one of my machines, this one runs GTX280 SLI http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_host_detail.php?hostid=4695899 This one runs a single GTX280 http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_host_detail.php?hostid=4709758 Both machines are constantly getting this error message :- "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered. " Both machines are running a clean install of Vista x64 with the latest version of Boinc and the newest Nvidia 181.20 display driver Any help would be appreciated, i thought the GTX280 would give me quite a few additional points each day thanks |

Hi, I made your hosts clickable. I can't tell much about your problem, because I don't have a CUDA capable graphic card, I only read the CUDA forum at SETI. Did you try an (advanced) search in their fora for "nvlddmkm"? I got about 15 hits! Gruß, Gundolf PS: Why did you use different user names? :-) Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) |

1. SETI 6.08 CUDA app indeed throws a lot of errors in for the very low angle ranges. On top there are not many of this type of WUs around, which explains why you get so few credit for your power GPUs. 2. If you really want continuous work and loads of credits join GPUGRID at GPUGRID. My GTX260 there gets around 10000 credits/day. 3. Also be aware that a SLI configuration makes that 2 cards are virtually combined to one, so that you can only crunch one WU at a time. If you disable SLI you can crunch two at a time Kind regards Alain |

"Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered. " And for links, also see this thread here in the forums. |
