As well as seeing that you have Disk: 16.63 GB total, 731.00 MB free, I can also see that your preferences override file has been set to:
Preferences limit disk usage to 0.00GB

Change this to a larger value.

The preferences limit message is generated when any of the 3 disk space preference settings causes no work to be sent. I've seen it most frequently when the free disk space is lower than the leave at least parameter setting.
