I have two accounts, due to problems I had with the boinc transistion. How do I take my old account and combind my old stats with my current new account?

If you are referring to SETI accounts, you'll have to ask at the SETI boards. BOINC itself has no stats, those are all project-dependent. I'd start in Number Crunching, with the thread "couldn't remember my password for..."
