Since yesterday i have a new Graphics Card. Leadtek Win Fast PX 7800 GTX TDH. My problem is that when the sreensaver is running for a longer time, and Boinc switches to crunch an other project, the screensaver switches between the projects about every seconds even when the projects wu is ready crunched. And the screensaver won´t stop work. Only if i reboot the computer with the reset key. But this will cause loss of data... Do anyone suggest what i can do? But i won´t use an other screensaver!
I also had the problem with my "old" Card an ATI X850 XT... Sorry for the bad english, i am from Austria.... ;-)

The first thing you should do is visit the nVidia website to download and install the most recent drivers for your vidcard. The drivers are updated monthly, and your card probably sat on the sales shelf or in the distribution pipeline for several months. Since the 7800GTX is relatively new, the driver updates have probably fixed many early problems.

Thanks Michael! But this was the first thing i did when i got my new card, because i know that the newest drivers are important, espacially for the games i like to play :-) , but this didn´t fix the problem... And because the same thing did happen with my old card i do believe it is a Boinc related problem...
