On August 30, suddenly all my results showed the following error log:

<core_client_version>6.2.14</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
Can't get shared memory segment name: shmget() failed
</message>
]]>

In the meantime, my quota is down to 2.

Does anybody know how to resolve the above error ?

I think you should upgrade to BOINC 6.2.18. See BOINC 6 Versions Change Log.
