i can now download and process files from SETI, but the tiny files won't upload back. as of now, i have 5 finished files, all which say "retry in XX time" i looked at my firewall settings, and have BOINC client, manager, and sccreensaver all granted permission to access and act as a server on the internet. i'm on a college campus network, and can upload otehr files without a problem. any idea what's wrong?

yes, I have an idea. Network congestion (or similar problem) on Seti's end. Due to the week long outage everyone was trying to upload / download. As more people succeed, the fewer people who will be trying. Give your uploads a few more days. If you are still having problems after the network congestion clears then come back and we will do more in depth investigation.
