It doesn't matter if it's shared install or single user install (even though this PC is single user) it still complains "Prouct Not Installed". I've tried reinstalling... still get the error. "It" only happens now I have installed BOINC and "it" is a system dialog (i.e. popup box). BOINC is the only thing that has been installed since the error has been appearing. But without knowing more than you're telling us, all we can do is guess, and tell you that it's not a normal BOINC behavior. To begin to solve the problem, we have to know exactly what it says, and all the details on how it shows up. A screenshot would be even better. You just haven't given us enough to work with, unless someone has seen the exact same thing and recognizes it from your description. ID: 1369 ·
