Imo. the project list in home.php produces unneeded overhead. It produces web traffic for the project server and slows down loading the page, especially when netsoft-online is busy.

On home.php the cruncher can only view his own stuff and that's what he can see in his BOINC clients and on all stats pages as well.

It does make sense on show_user.php of course, especially as it can be used to figure out which projects might not combine so well.

If someone feels that it is needed on home.php as well, it could maybe pop up on a button or so, I guess that would satify the needs as well.

show_user.php is cached, home.php is not. I think that means each hit to home.php causes a hit to netsoft-online.
