In the installer instructions, it states "Using Microsoft ORCA or some other MSI packaging rool, create an MSI transform that contains the account_*.xml files of the projects you have already attached to on another machine plus the following parameters"

Is there some place or someone who can give a little more detail for this? I have created MSTs before and packaged software before, but in my position I don't really have a lot of time to play with getting this packaged. Some help that could cut down my time on this would be great.
