Hi there, I am running the newest BOINC Client 5.10.13 on Windows XP with 2 displays. I can not see any graphics. The Button (Show graphics/Grafik anzeigen[german]) is greyed out. Once under Seti I could display the graphic, tested the srceensaver and it works. But as I wait 5 Minutes for the screensaver run for itself it shows again no graphics. After I updated to 5.10.13 the button is greyed out again. The screensaver only show the status percentage of the projects. I did the option "Run always". I read this in a post before but it seems to take no effect. Is it cause I am running two displays? How can I fix that problem? Had anyone the same problems and solved it? Hope for some help Tetsuo |

Is it cause I am running two displays? Quite possible. The graphics and screen saver are OpenGL 1.2, which doesn't work well with 1 videocard with 2 displays. Unless the videocard has 2 RAMDACs, one for each video outlet. How can I fix that problem? Had anyone the same problems and solved it? Not. Well, you can run with 2 videocards, or get open OpenGL 2.0 (if it's out and your card is compliant). |

Hmmm... If I use the screensaver preview in the windows settings the graphics appear. But it won't if I still wait for the screensaver... |

Hmmm... That may be because Windows at that time says that is your primary display. The screen saver itself can't tell what is your primary display when you plug along. It's not a BOINC problem, that I know. Perhaps that with BOINC 6.0 it will be fixed. At that time BOINC and the applications will have different programs to show themselves. See Boinc 6.0. |
