Hi, I do have internet access and I am able to access the project server web pages. However through BOINC Manager, I am unable to access the project pages. I have checked the following: 1) No proxies are being used on my system 2) BOINC is not being blocked by my firewall 3) I am dialing in to my broadband connection and this is when the problem started. Which project are you trying to connect to? Do NOT attach to BOINC, as BOINC (http://boinc.berkeley.edu/) is NOT a project. It's the managing program only. Either choose a project to attach to from the list of projects on the BOINC website, or choose any other from the list of projects in my FAQs. |

I was trying to connect to the multiple projects that I had running in BOINC. Turned out that the problem was in Zone Alarm. Had to delete the BOINC entries. Start BOINC again and give fresh access to client and manager!!! |
