Due to the upload issues at SETI Beta I am seeing a behavior in 5.8.15 that I've never seen before.

The manager seems to counting the pending uploads against my 0.5 days/connect setting, there are no projects in EDF mode and I am not showing any deferral from the project. 2 of my machines are down to about 2 hours of SETI Beta WUs (one has 13 pending uploads from overnight and the other has 5 pending from the same period). Both machines are not requesting new work (even with a manual update - message says not requesting new work or reporting completed tasks).

Do I need to go back to an earlier version? And if so, which one?
