Someone on the WCG forums is trying to get their BOINC forum password reset but they are reporting not receiving the email when requesting the link. They have checked SPAM.

What is the best way to get support specifically in this regard? I wasn't sure if the volunteers on the Help page could do anything.

If someone could advise, I'll relay the info.
