I fired up Boinc on my previous computer, it still had data saved in process from 2020. 8-)
I had noted my UN and PW for my account in a secure document.
I was not able to login, my email is not found.
I did a search of the forums on lost accounts, there was a Dec 2024 post on 8500 lost accounts!
I had been a member of BOINC running Seti@home since 2003.
I do still have the same account login, pw for the Seti@home project and Rosetta@Home, and can login.

So, why are they not the same?
I figured I had to make a BOINC account to get going, then select the Seti and Rosetta project.

Should I try to make a BOINC account using the same account info used for SETI and Rosetta?

Thank you!

It's always best to use the same e-mail address, for all projects.
Otherwise you'd get the dreaded "split CPID", where your stats don't align, or show up on same account.

Alright, all my projects have the same UN PW, will try to update to the same here on BOINC.
