Windows wanted a reboot after downloading some updates, (Windows 10 x64). I did this, but when I restarted, BOINC was not running, starting BOINC Manager, "Connecting to localhost" is showing. My task manager does not show my current BOINC jobs running, it says the system 2-3% busy. How do I fix this so that it is running normally again, and ideally, so that it starts automatically after a reboot.

Hmmmm, I left BOINC Manager open while sorting out a few things and noticed that a while later, it started, and has resumed the units it was processing. Odd that, I don't know what happened.
